No. Hair, nails, makeup and lashes — the full chair, in one app.
Do stylists come to my home?+
Many do. Each stylist sets a travel radius and fee, shown before you book, and we confirm your address is covered.
What does it cost to join?+
ReFine is free for clients. Stylists start on a free Basic plan; Pro is $14.99 per month with 3% booking commission and added growth tools.
Do my points expire or shrink my status?+
Points earn on completed bookings and can cover up to 25% of a service. Status is based on completed bookings, so spending points never lowers it.
What if something goes wrong?+
The Resolution Centre handles cancellations, no-shows, payments and disputes with clear timelines and real escalation.
How do you verify stylists?+
Every stylist is reviewed before going live, reviews come only from completed appointments, and reliability is tracked on both sides.
